WHAT TO EXPECT ONCE A POST IS ORDERED:

Thank you for choosing Real Estate Sign Setters! Your post rental does not begin until the post is in the ground.

1. Agent post order is received by Real Estate Sign Setters.
2. Real Estate Sign Setters submits an order to AZ811 and schedules a Blue Stake of the property.
3. Once Blue Stake is complete, (generally 2 business days), your post will be installed.
4. UPDATE: 05/25/2024 - BLUE STAKE IS NOW 5 DAYS OUT ON PROPERTY CHECKS. PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND
5. Post installs are performed on Tuesdays or Thursdays only AFTER Blue Stake is complete. (no exceptions - IT'S THE LAW)
6. As soon as your post is installed, you will be sent an email with photo confirmation of it's installation.

Arizona law (A.R.S. 40-360.21-31) says underground utilities must be marked before any type of excavation by anyone, including professional excavators, homeowners and anyone else whose work disrupts the sub-surface of the earth.
"Excavation" means any operation in which earth, rock or other material in the ground is moved, removed or otherwise displaced by means or use of any tools, equipment or explosives and includes, without limitation, grading, trenching, digging, ditching, drilling, augering, boring, tunnelling, scraping, cable or pipe plowing and driving.
This law is enforced by the Arizona Corporation Commission and is punishable by civil penalties of up to $5,000 per violation.
This law is in affect to help prevent possible injury or death to both our employees and property owners from damages made to utility services, not to mention "IT'S THE LAW", so please have patience when ordering.
REAL ESTATE SIGN SETTERS WILL CALL ARIZONA BLUE STAKE once we receive your post installation order. Agents are not allowed to move or remove post(s) from the property.
