We are the premiere provider of real estate sign post rental services in Northern Arizona. Real estate agents no longer need to be burdened with the purchase, storage and installation of large unwieldy real estate sign posts for their listings.


Your time is better spent getting new listings, and servicing your clients, not getting your clothes dirty or damaging your vehicle. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority, and our online ordering system is super easy.


Once a post is ordered:

  1. Real Estate Sign Setters will call AZ811 and schedule Blue Stake of the property.

  2. Once Blue Stake is complete, (generally 2 business days), Agent will be emailed of upcoming installation date. Installs are performed on Tuesdays or Thursdays.

  3. As soon as your post is installed, you will be sent an email with photo confirmation. 

When your listing is complete:

  1. Simply let us know through our website link, "Post Removal" at the top of our web site. We will schedule to pick up our post (and your hanging signs & riders for FREE storage, if you wish).  Agent sign panels and riders are always stored free of charge with an active account.

  2. Need extra time beyond the first 90 days? We will automatically send you an invoice for additional month to month rental time. You may continue the rental or cancel and request post removal
